Meet the team

My career in recruitment began in an HR role at Seeka, where I was immersed in the fast-paced world of seasonal recruitment. It quickly became my favourite part of the role and sparked my passion for connecting people with opportunities.

I then joined Tauranga City Council as Recruitment Lead, overseeing recruitment across the organisation, before moving into a General Manager role with Western Bay of Plenty Primary Health Organisation.
Following the birth of my son in 2025, I was looking for a role that offered a better work-life balance. I’m incredibly grateful to have found that at Ryan+Alexander, where I work part-time, allowing me to continue doing what I love while creating valuable time and space for my young family.
