References to Ryan + Alexander in this acknowledgement mean Ryan & Alexander Consultancy Limited. All personal information is collected, used and stored by Ryan + Alexander in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be viewed at ryanandalexander.co.nz.
I agree that personal information (including psychometric assessments) pertaining to me will be used by Ryan + Alexander for the purpose of determining my suitability for any position, including any future positions, for which I apply. I authorise Ryan + Alexander (in their reasonable discretion) to:
Make enquiries and collect such information from sources which are deemed appropriate including credit and police checks.
Disclose such information to the employing organisation directly or in the form of an appraisal or report.
Conduct psychometric assessments and pass on results to potential employers.
I acknowledge and agree that Ryan+Alexander may collect publicly available information about me including personal information posted online. I will be asked to confirm the accuracy of this information before it is used or disclosed.
In the event I apply for a position which involves significant financial risk, I authorise:
A credit agency such as Veda Advantage to give Ryan + Alexander information about me for the purpose of a pre-employment check;
Ryan + Alexander to provide my personal information to that credit agency, who will hold that information on their systems and use it to provide their credit reporting service.
When other customers of the credit agency use the credit reporting service, they may give the information to those customers.
I give Ryan + Alexander permission to keep my details on file and discuss my background with any organisation for any appropriate positions. I understand that Ryan + Alexander will contact me to gain my authorisation before providing my personal details to any third party.
Should I be placed in employment by Ryan + Alexander, and subsequent to this, further information is required from my original referees by the employing company I give permission to Ryan + Alexander to re-contact said referees.
I agree that comments made by my nominated referees to Ryan + Alexander will not be disclosed to me.
I certify that the information I have provided in this application and associated form(s), in my resume and given during the assessment and/or interview processes, is totally correct in all respects and that I have not withheld any information relating to my health, qualifications, eligibility to work in New Zealand or criminal convictions that would be relevant to Ryan + Alexander or to any future employer when assessing my employment application.
I understand that if I or any other person withholds relevant information about me, my application may not be further considered. I also understand that if any information I have provided is false or misleading, it may be grounds for termination of employment.
Confidentiality Statement
I hereby acknowledge that in the course of the services provided by Ryan + Alexander I may become privy to confidential information of Ryan + Alexander and the clients of Ryan + Alexander. Further, I may receive, or have available to me, material which at all times is to remain the property of Ryan + Alexander and the clients of Ryan + Alexander. Under no circumstances am I to disclose, copy or retain information, processes, costs, secrets or intellectual property relating to any of the businesses or affairs of Ryan + Alexander, or the clients of Ryan + Alexander, which may come to my knowledge.
