Our focus is regional New Zealand. From our Bay of Plenty head office, we recruit for every size of regional business – from start-ups, to SMEs, to organisations so large that their economic success has a marked impact on the local economy.

Naturally, we are often filling roles in the primary industries – horticulture, agriculture, forestry. But we also place a wealth of great talent in to roles in engineering, science and technology, legal, construction, and public sector organisations working in areas such as charity and innovation.
We recruit across a number of disciplines, including accounting and finance, HR, legal, supply chain, operational management, sales and marketing, and office support. The only discipline we don’t claim to be specialists in is IT.
