Meet the team

With nearly two decades helping large corporations fill senior roles in various sectors, in cities such as London, Singapore, China, Italy and the United States, I have passed that skill base to my team.

Born in Invercargill and raised in Rotorua, I lived and worked around the world, before returning to the Bay of Plenty in 2013, with my husband and two sons. I managed Zespri International’s mid-to-executive-level global recruitment before co-founding Ryan + Alexander.

I oversee our team’s executive search function at an advisory level.
