Meet the team

I began my career in the recruitment industry in a fast-paced temp desk in London, before working for Madison Recruitment in Auckland, overseeing a dual recruitment desk and a large group of consultants.
After a short stint in Nelson, my family moved to Tauranga, and I set up a local offering for Madison.
Following the birth of my third child, I co-founded Ryan + Alexander with my former Madison colleague, Bernadette.
While my professional career is steeped in big city experiences, I am a farm girl at heart and grew up in rural Waikato before entering the corporate world.
I work closely with Bernadette and act as an advisor to our highly-skilled professional services team.
