Meet the team

During my OE, I spent three years based in London and Dublin working in the fast-paced world of investment banking. 

On returning to New Zealand, I began my recruitment career with Madison Recruitment.

My formative recruitment years were in the contact centre team, where we juggled up to 100-plus temporary and permanent roles at a time.

I spent time managing this team, before becoming a technical recruitment consultant. This was my first taste of search and strategic sourcing - recruiting difficult-to-find roles, both in local and offshore markets.

Following the births of my first two children, I worked part-time at Madison, and 13 years later, left to work in internal recruitment at Downer NZ as a senior consultant, managing a team of three looking after a portfolio of senior technical roles.

I was born and raised in Auckland, but in January, 2018, my family was seeking a lifestyle change and moved to the Bay of Plenty, where I continued to work for Downer NZ before I reconnected with my old colleagues and began working for R+A in 2019.
