My recruitment career began in London, where I recruited temporary and contract roles into the legal field. I continued in this industry on my return to New Zealand.

I got my first taste of permanent recruitment as manager for finance division of a global recruitment agency.

Working on senior permanent roles within the greater Auckland area placed me in a position to make my next career move - as in-house talent acquisition manager for ANZ. I led executive recruitment and managed a team of talent acquisition specialists.

I was with ANZ for nearly eight years and, by the end, I had three children and had moved to Tauranga.

Ryan + Alexander offered me a great opportunity to return to work in a part-time capacity, which works well for my young family.
